Real estate has been part of my everyday life since 2019. As a Realtor licensed in both Pennsylvania and Maryland and a member of the Wendell Huyard Team at Coldwell Banker, I’ve had the opportunity to learn this business from the inside out—from contracts, negotiations and deadlines to preparing homes for market, solving the inevitable problems that come up along the way, and taking care of clients through it all.

Along the way, I discovered another part of real estate that I really love: seeing the potential in a property. I own and operate Pinetown Collective, a short-term rental management company, where I work with property owners from evaluating potential investments through staging, setup, pricing and ongoing management. That experience has taught me to look at properties differently—not just for what they are today, but for what they could become.

I’m a details person, a problem solver, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people figure out their next move. I also have an eye for making a home feel like a place people want to be, whether I’m preparing a property for the market, setting up a vacation rental, or helping a buyer see beyond what’s currently in front of them.

For me, real estate is personal. Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and I want my clients to feel like they have someone in their corner who will pay attention, tell them what they need to know, and help them through the process from beginning to end.
